Responsibilities:
Represented RFA Burmese Service in meetings with senior management and the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM), presenting operational challenges and achievements.
Engaged directly with legislative and executive leaders on Capitol Hill and at the White House, advocating for funding and press freedom initiatives.
Served as RFA spokesperson in interviews with outlets such as The Washington Post, BBC, and other international media.
Nominated speaker at the National Association of Shortwave Broadcasters’ annual meeting (2023).
Attended bipartisan Senate stakeholder meetings at the Rayburn Building, Washington, D.C. (2024).
